Inclusion
Super comfortable bicycle (men's, women's, children's, baby seats and trail
alongs); Custom, shiny red Bonza helmets; Bicycle Lock; Spare tube and pump (in case you get a flat); Bicycle mounted bags for small items (camera, wallet, etc.); Secure bag storage (while you are out on your ride); Maps and directions for a great ride.

Location
The bicycles can be picked up at 30 Harrington Street, Sydney, NSW 2000. We have facilities to drop bicycles off after hours.
Additional Information
What to bring: Sunscreen, Hat (under your helmet), Rain Jacket.
Comfortable clothes for riding and closed-toe shoes are recommended.
Baby seats available upon request.
Bottled waters are available for sale at reduced rate at Bonza’s shop.
Policies
Cancellation: 3 days prior 100% penalty. No show always 100% penalty.
Complete information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, will be included on your Confirmation Voucher.

Once your holiday itinerary has been agreed we will ask you to pay the relevant deposit, if applicable, or full payment if your holiday is departing within 14 weeks of booking. You will then receive your full confirmation, payment receipt and ATOL certificate via email within 24 hours of booking.
Even after you have booked and paid for your holiday there are bound to be questions you have before you depart on your holiday. We pride ourselves with the Customer Care that we offer and are always here to assist with any pre or post departure assistance you require.
