Pick up / Drop off from New Delhi hotels only. If pick up point is outside Delhi like Gurgoan, Noida, Ghaziabad, or Faridabad, there will be an additional charge collected in cash on the day of pick up.

Itinerary

6:30am - Pick up from hotel and drive to Agra by air-conditioned car.

9:00am - Arrive Agra and proceed to visit Taj Mahal.

9:30am - Visit the magnificent Taj Mahal - one of the Seven Wonders of the World surely the most extravagant expression of love ever created. 20,000 men labored for over 17 years to build this memorial to Shah Jahan's beloved wife. The Taj Mahal shows a different aspect of beauty at different times of the day. The sight of the Taj awash with the subtle pinks of dawn is an unforgettable sight.

Ride a Tonga and visit Taj Mahal. Vivacious, amusing young men, who are more than willing to help tourists, these Tonga wallahs will do their best in making you feel at ease. The horses of the Tonga are equally colorful and active. A Tonga ride in Agra is sheer fun and frolic all through. Tonga rides will take you to the most beautiful monument in the world.

12:00pm - Visit the Agra fort, Built by Emperor Akbar in 1566, the rusty and majestic red-sandstone fort of Agra stands on the banks of the river Yamuna. It comprises many fairy-tale palaces, such as the Jahangir Palace and the Khas Mahal, built by Shah Jahan; audience halls, such as the Diwan-i-Khas; and two very beautiful mosques.

1:00pm - Lunch: Transfer for a buffet lunch in ITC Mughal Hotel a Five Star Hotel. Sprawled over 35 acres of luxurious gardens, and in close proximity to the Taj Mahal, The only Indian hotel to have won the prestigious Aga Khan Award for its excellent representation of Mughal architecture, it now boasts of a brand new accommodation wing - the 'Khwab Mahal' - Palace of Dreams.

2:00pm - Free time for shopping: Free to explore the Agra’s rich heritage of handicrafts or at Leisure.

3:00pm - Proceed to visit Sikandra -it is home to Akbar's tomb. This grand monument was started by Akbar and completed by his son Jahangir. The mausoleum was started by Akbar in the Spartan style of Timurid architecture. Akbar's son Jahangir added more decorative designs to the mausoleum.

4:30pm - Drive to Delhi.

7:00pm - Arrive Delhi and transfer to hotel.
