Xel-Ha is the only park offering a true all-inclusive experience. You don’t have to worry about bringing extra money because food and drinks are included. Enjoy unlimited soft drinks, bottled water, beer and alcoholic drinks. Unlimited food and beverages are available at 5 restaurants with Mexican, international, seafood, fast food, snacks and ice cream.

Cozumel Ferry Boarding Instructions:
Make your way to the Cozumel Ferry Pier via taxi or otherwise.
When you call to confirm your tour prior to arriving in Cozumel, you will be told which ferry gate to visit to exchange a copy of your voucher for your roundtrip ferry tickets (your name will be waiting on a will call list).
Please remember to print two copies of your voucher as you will need a second to hand to the guide in Playa del Carmen.

Children height 1.00-1.40 meters 40”- 55” inches.
Additional Information
We recommend bringing decongestant just in case as it can be uncomfortable or dangerous to dive if you become congested and Dramamine is recommended for those sensitive to sea sickness. Each should be taken one hour prior to activities.
Travel light wearing a swimsuit and comfortable clothes/shoes. We recommend wearing shoes for the natural rock walkways.
Only biodegradable sunblock is permitted. Your sunscreen must be clearly marked as PABA Free, Oil-Free, and Biodegradable. The chemicals Oxybenzone, oxybenzone, 4-methylbenzylidene camphor, or the preservative butylparaben are all proven to damage coral reefs. If you’re not sure if your sunscreen is safe, it can be purchased at the park for about $15 USD.
Towels, locker and snorkeling equipment are provided.

There is a minimum of 2 passengers for this tour.
$25 USD cash deposit required for Snorkel equipment rental, refunded when equipment is returned.
Complete information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, will be included on your Confirmation Voucher.

Once your holiday itinerary has been agreed we will ask you to pay the relevant deposit, if applicable, or full payment if your holiday is departing within 14 weeks of booking. You will then receive your full confirmation, payment receipt and ATOL certificate via email within 24 hours of booking.
